This is the capability the rest of the company is built around, and it is the simplest one to explain. We hold inventory in regional warehouses positioned near manufacturing markets, rather than shipping to order from a plant or an origin country. Most orders deliver in one to two days. Some deliver same-day depending on location.
Everyone in this industry understands why that matters, because everyone has had the other experience: an ingredient on the water, an ETA that moves twice, and a production schedule built on a guess. Local stock replaces a forecast with a fact.
For a production planner, this is not a convenience feature. It is the difference between a supply program and a supply risk.

How it works

1

We position inventory regionally, based on where manufacturing actually happens — the major markets across the United States and Canada.

2

Product arrives as stock, not as an order. By the time you place a purchase order, it is already on this continent and usually already near you.

3

Orders ship from the nearest facility holding your item.

4

Program volumes can be positioned deliberately. For continuous programs we will hold stock at the facility closest to your plant rather than wherever it happens to land.

5

Samples ship from the same stock, which is why the 48-hour commitment is credible rather than aspirational.

What it means for you

What makes ours different

We checked. Not one competitor in this category makes delivery speed visible on their website, and none of them operates a comparable regional network. They ship from a single plant, or from an origin country, and the ocean is part of your lead time whether or not anyone says so.

The comparison worth making is not our price against theirs. It is our lead time against theirs, and then what that difference is worth in inventory carry and line-down risk over a year.
The objection
"We already hold safety stock. Why does your lead time change anything?"
Because the safety stock exists to cover the lead time. Shorten the lead time and the required buffer shrinks with it — that is inventory carrying cost, warehouse space, and working capital released, every month, permanently.
It also changes what happens when something goes wrong. A six-week lead time means a supply problem is a quarter-long problem. A two-day lead time means it is a phone call.
